I forgot to come back and do one yesterday so let's let get caught up! I didn't really have anything but I just got a news alert that Charlton Heston has died and so, well, it seemed like the thing to do:
"I've played three presidents, three saints and two geniuses - and that's probably enough for any man.” - Charlton Heston
and
"Mr. Clinton, sir, America didn't trust you with our health care system. America didn't trust you with gays in the military. America doesn't trust you with our 21-year-old daughters, and we sure, Lord, don't trust you with our guns.” - Charlton Heston
And now I'm going to bed. I stayed up way too late (Red Eye was GREAT last night!) and got up way too early (yay for two hours of sleep) and...get this, at the risk of sounding all George Costanza, I have a nasty cold. I swear I've been sick with various things more in the last six months than I have in my entire life. For years, I never got sick and now I apparently have the immune system of a 99 year old AIDS patient. Perhaps because I only get two hours of sleep. Actually, I'm thinking it's an occupational hazard. With any luck, the job I'm trying to get becomes available next week...I'm giving it until May 5th and then it's time to search elsewhere.
