Remorse is memory awake,
Her companies astir, -
A presence of departed acts
At window and at door.
It 's past set down before the soul,
And lighted with a match,
Perusal to facilitate
Of its condensed despatch.
Remorse is cureless, - the disease
Not even God can heal;
For 't is his institution, -
The complement of hell.

Quote of the Day 5-13-06 Tucker Carlson
"After four years, I had met a lot of interesting people, gone to a couple of classes and restored a motorcycle, and that was it. And so I wasted my time at college." - Tucker Carlson

Quote of the Day 5-10-06 Chandler Bing
I haven't watched "Friends" in a while but it cracked me up last night! Chandler & Joey have to be one of the funniest comedy teams ever on television. I think the show "Joey" would have worked had it been "Joey and Chandler." Just like I think "Friends" quit working when they paired Chandler with Monica. Matthew Perry has a new show coming out in fall and I can't wait. I hope it's great! Anyway - quote of the day.
Joey: "You didn't cry when Bambi's mother died?"
Chandler: "Yes, it was very sad when the guy stopped DRAWING THE DEER!"

Quote of the Day 5-3-06 Bill O'Reilly
Keeping with yesterday's theme:
"That's a little misleading. They only have 10 viewers." - Bill O'Reilly on the results of a MSNBC poll about immigration.
